Sony: The Great Phone Swap
The best way to get people to like your phone is normally to get them to try it, however this is normally not as easy as it sounds. Sony and CP+B, Sweden found an great way to get people to test the new Xperia Z. They sponsored Swedish music festival “Way Out West”, when people needed to charge their phones Sony charged them for free, and swapped out their phones with the Sony Xperia Z. Simple idea and really nicely executed. Watch below to see how they did it.

If you like cars you will likely enjoy this ad. To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Porsche, ad agency Fred & Farid, Shanghai. created the below online film as a tribute to the legendary sports car. From the 9th – 13th October people online could control 2 real people in Melbourne hooked up with cameras and microphones. BBH Asia Pacific has created the largest virtual- meets- physical football game activation to launch the NIKE Hypervenom football boot. I admire the way they are packaging this for use in Football training schools, as well as a great portable activation mechanic. Impressive work.

Phone watches have been promoted in movies for years. This week Samsung released their first smart watch, a watch that connects to your smartphone and enables you to make calls, browse apps, take pictures and more. Love the execution of this idea.
