Following in the footsteps of yesterdays post, another large car company, this time BMW, have posted a product tease on their international website.
Exactly what the product is, is unknown at present, however the full details will be announced in mid January.
The site shows video footage of a product morphing in to the various shapes of the images above, and tells us it has DVD, CD, mp3, voice recognition, bluetooth, USB ports, a 65,000 colour LCD display, and the ability to recharge itself!!.
So we can only guess, but sounds like a product that can be plugged into your home computer, upload your music, movies and pics and then plugged back into your shiny BMW and used for your in car entertainment via either voice activated control or a idrive like interface. All this as well as hopefully being able to connect via bluetooth to your phone for safe hands free dialing.
There is no telling yet exactly which models it will be available on, time will tell, and I will bring you more on this story as it unfolds.
