Those crazy guys in South Korea have been at it again in their secret electronics labs. This time they are trying to bring us laptops and other electronic devises that can be run without need for a recharge for up to 5 weeks!!.
In a recent test they managed to run a Q35 laptop (pictured) for approx 8 hours a day for 5 weeks without having to recharge the blighter. They managed this crazy feat by running the laptop on an expansion dock that runs on Methanol, that’s right the highly flammable and poisonous liquid that is more commonly used to fuel F1 cars.
Samsung hope to have this technology available for the general public by the end of 2007, could be a great future excuse for projects not being done in time: ” sorry my laptop exploded!!”

Very awesome though for sure… I wonder if the laptop will have a little exhaust pipe:-p
