The publicity of the black and blue dress has been used in a smart lateral way to raise awareness around the abuse of women.
The ad was created by the team at Ireland Davenport South Africa for the Salvation Army.
The copy reads “Why is it so hard to see black and blue.
The only illusion is if you think it was her choice. One in 6 women are victims of abuse.
Stop abuse against women.”
