To mark the launch of BBC Knowledge’s new informative “Human Season”, the channel erected a 22m long Ice sculpture in Sandton Square this past weekend, the statue spelled out “In the Sahara your body loses 1L of water an hour”, as the day went on the ice obviously melted.
