2010 Loerie Awards: Weekend Roundup

2010 Loerie awards logoFor those who have never heard of the Loerie Awards before they are basically the main advertising awards for agencies based in Africa and the Middle East. The Loeries recognise the best creative work in every area of brand communication including television, radio and print advertising, graphic design, architecture, direct marketing, non-broadcast video, live events, and digital media.

After 3 days of parties and 2 nights of awards I can say the Loeries and the attendees certainly know how to have fun (special thanks to Ogilvy Cape Town and King James for that). I won’t go into everything or this article could end up being 5 miles long but I do want to share with you my top 3 highlights from awards night 1 (Print, Outdoor evening) and awards night 2 (TV,Radio,Digital). Just click on any of the images or videos to see the work.
