Skittles: Mob The Rainbow

Skittles recently gave away a bizarre bowling scholarship worth $10,000 to James Fulp. The scholarship was part of a Skittles facebook “Mob The Rainbow” campaign, all fans had to do was click the “Like” button on their facebook page and after 100,000 “Likes” the scholarship money was awarded.

Skittles in my view has one of the best brand facebook pages in the world and is definitely worth a look (click here). They also have a great website that is never ending (i.e. you can scroll down the page forever), they integrate consumer generated Skittles content from their You Tube, Twitter and facebook networks.
