CP+B intern auction

May 23, 2009 by admin

One of the worlds largest and best ad agencies, Crispin Porter + Bogusky are auctioning off their 38 summer interns on eBay, bidding closes on May 27th 2009 (click here to bid)

The winning bidder will receive a creative presentation developed by their interns over a three month period, consisting of strategies, recommended brand positioning and concepts.

CP+B works with a number of large brands (think Coke, Microsoft, VW etc) and normally charges huge bucks for their work so is a great way to get some of that great creative juice for your brand at a fraction of the normal costs. As of now (23rd) the bidding is at $5,600, lets see how much they can get. All the cash goes to the unpaid interns themselves so start bidding.

This is a great example of how to stand out from the crowd and get some fantastic free PR. It has so far been covered by most main stream press as well as national news and a Google search for CP+B intern auction already pulls up nearly 6,000 articles, let alone the 100’s of mentions on twitter !!
